Dome House was filmed with Channel 4's Grand Designs originally aired in 2010 with a revisit airing 2nd November 2011.
Robert and Milla found a plot overlooking Windermere in the Lake District National Park and built a house with a domed grass-covered roof. As part of the sustainable design an enormous spine wall runs through the centre of the house, built from stone dug out of the ground.
One wing of the house has three unique boutique guest suites, all with panoramic views of Windermere, each with lounge area, open plan bedroom, dining area and a fully equiped galley kitchen.
All rooms come with a complimentary healthy breakfast/welcome hamper delivered fresh to your room on arrival. Each room has a balcony with outstanding views of the lake and the Lake District landscape.
